He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sr. Cook and Evelyn Cook (Schlack). He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Cook, Jr. of Arlington and Doris Fleischseris of Boise, ID. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Arlington City Cemetery (401 US-81, Arlington, SD 57212).
