She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hansen and Magdalena Hansen (Kludt); her husband Marvin Knutson; and her siblings, Delores Moilan, Norma Spelbring, John Hansen (Darlene), LeRoy Hansen (Sharon) and Bill Hansen (Beverly).
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin of Huron and Lori of Huron; and her siblings, Duane Hansen (Mary Ann) of Mitchell and Jan Huber (Ken) of Texas. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
Shirley also enjoyed volunteering for the church, Huron Senior Center, HRMC Auxiliary, and Huron RSVP every week.
