He is survived by: his children, Brittny Page of Sioux Falls, SD and Craig Page of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandson Daniel Page; his siblings, Eric Page (Tara) and Mary Ellen Page-White of Sioux Falls, SD; his close friend Michelle of Huron, SD; and his friends, Dennis Barnes of Aberdeen, SD and Brian Riddle of Sioux Falls, SD.
