He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Horsley and Etta Eldora Horsley (Manor); his siblings, Lula Wedge (Leslie), Alma Plate (Richard), Ruth (Merlin Thomas), Tressie Beck (Melvin), Bertha Stiner (Rennald), Myrtle VanAsperen (Henry), Mary, Melvin and Keith; and his great grandchild Hope Brannan.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Hemmingson; his children, Curtis Horsley of Huron, SD and Rhonda Reed (Craig) of Newcastle, WY; his grandchildren, Jodean Brannan (Stephen), Kaylynn Taper (Rusty), Jeanien Burruss (Blaine) and Ross Reed (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Miles, Ezekiel Brannan, Jamie, Ethan, Sadie, Elliott, Bruce Taper, Brock, Willow and Wyatt Burruss; and his sister Sharon Menning of Texas.
