He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Eining and Mary Eining (Marsh); his parents-in-law, LeRoy and Marie Meyer; his grandparents, Ed, Alice Eining, Neil Francis, Hazel and Laurena Marsh; his brothers, Kim and Greg Eining; and his in-laws, Muriel Schmidt (Albert), Jackie Hinker (Robert), Vicki Harris and Jeanie Sandness.
He is survived by: his former wife Deanna Kelley; his son Billy; his wife Janice Meyer of Huron; his children, William Eining III (Dawn), Sherry Eining, Nikki Kannegieter (Eric) and John Eining (Lindsay Bales) of Eden Prairie, MN; his siblings, Sandi Winter (Marlen), Sharon Eining (Bruce Heitman), Traci Flanigan (Bryan), Steve Eining, Joe Eining, Keith Eining (Jodie), Lori Reetz (Jamie) and Webster; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Eining (Sommerset), Patricia Wenzel (Don) and Mark Meyer (Sandy).
