He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis and Margaret Healy (Christopher); his daughter Kathleen; his children-in-law, Robert Bernard, Mary Bell Healy and Gigi Healy; his sister-in-law Peggy Watson; and his siblings, Thomas (Veronica), Donald (Lucille), Robert (Joanne), Roland Healy (Delores) and Delores Weier (Clem).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marie Hauger; his children, Mary Healy, Dan Healy, David Healy, Ann Hacecky (Dan) and Tom Healy (Heidi); his sister Celestine Johansen; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Healy, Sharon Andersen (Larry) and George Watson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Columba Catholic Church (29601 444th Ave, Irene, SD 57037). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Columba Catholic Cemetery (29601 444th Ave, Irene, SD 57037).
