He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Maxwell and Ruth Maxwell (Cahoon) of Devils Lake; his son Scott Maxwell; his brother Jerry Maxwell; and his sister-in-law Jan Maxwell.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Norheim of Willmar; and his son Paul.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home – Downtown Chapel (507 S Main Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Beaver Valley Lutheran Church (26214 484th Ave, Valley Springs, SD 57068).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the El Riad Shrine Transportation Fund.
