He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Irvin Gleason; his sister Melody Spercher; his son-in-law Jonathan Cunningham; and his brother-in-law Dennis Spercher. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Scharff of Williamsville, MO; his wife Carolyn Gleason of Kadoka; his children, Jerry Gleason (LaDawn) of San Antonio, TX, Becky Roghair (Lonnie) of Belvidere and Laura Llanos-Suarez of Kadoka; his grandchildren, Jeffery, Mikalea, Avery, Asa Gleason, Abigail, Aidan, Allison, Corban Roghair, Landen Gleason, Chase, Jarret and Kameran Work; his great grandchild Amity Work; and his siblings, Wally Gleason (Darlene) of Williamsville, MO and Shirley Gleason of Williamsville, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kadoka City Auditorium (820 Chestnut St, Kadoka, SD 57543).
