He is survived by: his parents, Mark May and Cindy Vander May (Patterson) of Long Valley; his siblings, Dallas Kendrick (Dwan), Christopher Kendrick (Karla), Bethany Vander May (Levi), Kanan Vander May, Kenar Vander May and Jarrett Vander May; his nieces and nephews, Carter, Cruz, Creed, Camille and Klancy Kendrick; his grandfather Jerry Patterson; and his aunts and uncles, Robert Patterson, Grant Patterson (Susan), Scott Patterson (Arla), Kevin Vander May (Diane), Matt Vander May (Melissa), Sharon Bebout, Tammy Carlson (Mark), Lisa Patterson, April Patterson, Deb Kussman (Rick), Nancy Donnelly (Scott), Chris Grable (Rich), Pam Dixon (Will) and Julie Carlbom (Dan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
