He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cummins and Mary Cummins (McGee); his siblings, Patsy Stotts and Clifford; and his nephew Aaron Pudwill.
He is survived by: his siblings, Verna Pudwill of Leola, Nancy Goehring of Aberdeen, Barbara Hall of San Antonio, TX and Jimmy of California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
