He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Rowley; and his sister Cindy Dorale Jones. He is survived by: his wife Linda Huber; his daughters, Emily (Mike) and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, John, Tehya, Emily, Shyanne, Lavaya, Serena and Mariah; and his siblings, Ellen, Earl, Denny and Don.
The military honors will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Word of Hope Wesleyan Church (1351 Jolly Ln, Rapid City, SD 57703).
