He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Soulek and Eileen Soulek (Richardson); and his wife Sherrie Soulek. He is survived by: his children, Jamie of Kimball, Jesse of Kimball, Justin of Kimball, Josh of Kimball, Zachary of Kimball, Amanda of Kimball, McKenzi Soulek of Kimball and Abby Soulek of Omaha, NE; and his brothers, Randy Soulek of Rapid City and Frank Soulek of Mitchell. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
