It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benny William Sherman of Kyle, South Dakota, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Mark Sherman and Alice Sherman (Kemery); his children, Benny Sherman, Jr., Brian Sherman, Sr., Joy Sherman and Shiloh White; and his brother Charles Sherman.

He is survived by : his daughters, Amy Sherman and Edie Sherman; and his grandchildren, Ryan Sherman, Darshann Mesteth, Dana Stoldt, Brian Sherman, Jr., Samuel Swanson, Arianne Dowty, Danielle Arpan, Philip Pond, Leslie Pond, Marlena Pond and Samantha Pond.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mother Butler Center (221 Knollwood Dr, Rapid City, SD 57701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
