He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Dvorak and Antonia Dvorak (Kisley); his brothers, Ernie and Robert E.; his brothers-in-law, Paul Wuest and Frank Krcil; and his parents-in-law, Curly Reinschmidt and Colleen Wiechmann (Reinschmidt).
He is survived by: his wife Leatha Reinschmidt; his family Leatha; his children, Michael Dvorak (Kristin) and Michelle Wentland (Michael) of Lake Andes; his sisters, Darlene Wuest of Lodi, CA and Jeanice Anderson (Gene) of Mitchell; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Reinschmidt (Norma) of Boise, ID, Charlotte Dvorak of Wagner, Linda Krcil of Avon and Lanna Mathews of Sheridan, WY. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
