Lucille M. Grenier Obituary

The memory of Lucille M. Grenier of Lake Preston, South Dakota, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 27, 2024 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Grenache and Emma Grenache; her husband Robert Grenier; and her sisters, Marguerite McPartlin (Larry), Claire Cummings (Joseph) and Mimi Murphy (Houston).

She is survived by : her daughters, Donna Tykoski (Lee) and Denise Knight (Jim); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Lynn (James), Leo Tykoski (Amber), Michele Dziedzic (Jason), Robert Tykoski (Lauren), Kevin Tykoski (Lyla), Jeanette Grady (Jeremy) and Jimmy Knight (Audra). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home (46401 Ann Arbor Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170). A Mass was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (44800 Warren Rd, Canton, MI 48187). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (512 3rd St SW, De Smet, SD 57231).
