With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Nielsen of Lead, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Bud" Nielsen and Dorothy "Dot" Nielsen; his great-nephew Samuel Massimini; his brothers, Dr. Douglas Nielsen and Dr. William Nielsen; his son Taylor Nielsen; his nephew Trevor Nielsen; and his pet Sophie.
He is survived by: his niece Arrah Massimini (Joe) of Dallas, TX; and his great-nieces, Claire and Hannah Massimini.
