He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dennis, Lennie and Debbie. He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene and O'tilla Heupel; his sons, Shane and Dustin; his wife Debra Kalmbach; his granddaughters, Jenna, Sage, Aspen and Timber; his great grandchild Zander; and his siblings, Kevin and Melodie Carney (Mark).
