She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bieber and Ludwina Bieber (Gabriel); her siblings, Esther Leatherman, Dianna Gallego, Harvey Bieber and Ray Bieber; and her daughter Sheila Steele.
She is survived by: her sons, Randall McGruder (Brenda) and Matthew McGruder; her grandchildren, Nathan McGruder (Briana Paulson), Wade McGruder (Jessica), Nicholas Steele-McGruder, Heather Steele and Melissa Lawrence (Grady); and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Melodie, Jaxon, Oceanis, Sunnie and Coalton. She is also survived by her brother.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (827 Main St, Deadwood, SD 57732).
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial at Grace Lutheran Church in Deadwood.
