Though Cleo may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bud Bailly and Elva Bailly; her brothers, Larry and Carl; her children, Mary and Sam; and her husband Bob.
