It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John DeLand of Lemmon, South Dakota, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth DeLand and Frances DeLand (Peltier). He is survived by : his wife Martha Mason; his son John Paul DeLand (Rena); his sister Lynn Marie DeLand; and his cousins, Steve and Tracy DeLand.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
