He was predeceased by: his wife Janell Sweeter. He is survived by: his children, Jason Sweeter (Andrea) of Lennox and Shawna Hedin (Baron) of Lennox; and his grandchildren, Brandon Sweeter, Ashlee Sweeter, Rylee Hedin and Chase Hedin. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Prairie Lutheran Church (46788 282nd St, Lennox, SD 57039). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
