He is survived by: his wife Anita Oltmanns of Lennox; his children, Jill Dangel (Scott) of Hurley, Joshua Oltmanns (Stacy) of Alexandria and Janel Merkwan (Mitch) of Humboldt; his daughter-in-law Heather Oltmanns of Battle Creek, NE; his grandchildren, Marcus (Kylie), Brian (Heather), Chase (Kezia), Sadie, Maddie, Eliza (Trace), Hudson, Noah, Maddox and Mayes; his great grandchildren, Lynnlee, Brynley and Harper; and his siblings, Gerald Oltmanns (Naomi), Marjean Siepkes (Doug) and Vera Haan (Kerwin). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Delaware Reformed Church (46587 US-18, Lennox, SD 57039). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
