She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Hettich and Clara Hettich (Semmler); her husband Clarence Kessler; her half-brother Maurice Semmler; and her granddaughter Katie Wright.
She is survived by : her children, Jim Kessler (Judy Ketchersid) of Mobridge, SD, Kim Merkel of Ellendale, ND, Tim Kessler of Leola, SD and Lynn Wright (Stephan) of Houghton, SD; and her grandchildren, Cheyann Mann (Scott), Camy Jo Weber (Hunter), Shamee Merkel, Shania Merkel, Ty Kessler, Whyatt Kessler, Sierra Kessler, Savannah Kessler, Sienna Kessler, Aurora Kessler, Nathan Wright and Madilyn Wright.
