He is survived by : his children, Brek (Kimberly), Ariel, Logan, Mitchell, Rachel, Sophia, Bismarck, Jackie Talley (Mike), Shawn (Megan), Brady (Sierra), Kiana, Camden, Kaelynn, MacKenzee, Robin Maxon (Jayde) of Wenatchee, WA, Pepper Huxoll (Chris), Brooklynn Maxon (Waldo Pacheo), Mandan, Tawny Maxon and Kelli Yellow Earrings; his great grandchildren, Easton and Porter Maxon; and his siblings, Mel, Delaine Maxon of Lemmon, SD, George Maxon, Marilyn Zeman (Maxon) of Spokane, WA, Kate Maxon and Lillooet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
