She is survived by: her husband Bud Smith; her children, Vickie Reinke (Rod), Suzanne Strand (Galen) and Tim Smith (Gwynne); her grandchildren, Travis Reinke (Julie), Shana Bernhard (Bill), Rochelle Thompson (Travis), Kyle Smith (Holly), Josh Smith and Jeff Smith (Shalee); her great grandchildren, Payton, Logan, Sydney, Sophia, Tucker, Aidan, Molly, Knox, Jaden, Aubree and Boden; and her great great grandchild Ellie.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hettinger Lutheran Church (904 2nd Ave S, Hettinger, ND 58639).
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial has been established to the Lodgepole, SD Rural Fire Department.
