She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary James and Keith James. She is survived by: her husband Dick Vliem; her sons, Jeremy (Cindy Vliem), Jesse (Erin Vliem) and Joshua (Tonya Vliem); her grandchildren, Jake, Max, Olivia, Madeline, Charlie, Murphy, Evelyn, Billy, Ella, Reagan, Noah and Isaiah; and her sisters, Anita and Vana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
