We are sad to announce that, on August 1, 2019, at the age of 74, Bill Nolan (Madison, South Dakota), born in Rapid City, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfrid "Gip" Sr. and Irma Nolan (Richards). He is survived by: his half-brothers, Jack Lockwood of Fresno, CA and Dr. Timothy Lockwood of Fresno, CA. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and numerous friends.
