She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Schmitz and Celia Schmitz (Kinzler); her husband Leo Plese; her daughter Clare Gainey; her siblings, Clarence Schmitz, Jeanie Pennington and Doris Jean Puntney; her granddaughter Margaret Rice (Eaton); and her great grandchild Lena Mogler.
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Wendy), Annette (Marty), S. D., Kathy (Shawn), Monica (Al), Leo (Mary) and Mike (Laurie); and her son-in-law Larry Gainey North Aurora. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
