He was predeceased by: his parents, Vessey Koch and Kathryn Koch; and his daughter Tanya Ferguson (Stan) of New York. He is survived by: his child Cotton Koch (Kim) of Madison; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lovseth (Josh) and Bennett Koch (Cassidy); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Spencer and Colton.
