She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" of Madison; her children, Kelly Barnhart (Sally) of Howard, Al Barnhart (Miah) of Howard, Traci Severson of McKinney, TX and Heather Mattiza; her grandchildren, Jenna Cavigielli (Ethan), Austin Barnhart, Tanner Barnhart (Cara), Colter Barnhart, Jack Barnhart, Taryn Severson, Hannah and Sienna Mattiza; her sister Kim Wise (Jim); and her sister-in-law Judy Lee.
