She is survived by: her children, Josh Kent, Gordon Kent (Andi) and Deanna Koenig (Nathan); her granddaughters, Mariah and Katherine; and her siblings, Jo Lynn Nelson (Nels), Jean Ann McQuinn and Harvey Mehlum (Melissa).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel (320 Egan Ave N, Madison, SD 57042).
