She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Melvin Droppers and Virgil Vreugdenhil; and her father-in-law Russell Paulson. She is survived by: her parents, Ken Droppers and Cindy Droppers (Vreugdenhil); her husband John Paulson; her children, Atley, Melia and Renn Paulson; her siblings, Dawn Hansen (Grant), Jeremy Droppers (Alexandria Mills) and Erin Rudy (Matt); her mother-in-law Clarice Paulson; her siblings-in-law, Kyle and Jessy Paulson; her siblings' children, Aleigha Paulson, Charleanna Paulson, Brenna Hansen, Kylee Slocum, Naveena Rudy, Celeste Rudy, Zach Bronemann (Corina), Kyle Bronemann (Ashley), Kendrick Droppers, Tayden Rudy and Conrad Paulson; her great-nephew Logan Bronemann; and her grandmothers, Jean Droppers and Dorothy Vreugdenhil. She is also survived by 3 aunts, 6 uncles, 25 first cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (203 Harth Ave S, Madison, SD 57042). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. They moved back to their home state of South Dakota during the pandemic in 2020, landing in Madison.
