He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Mader and Irma Mader (Boldt); his brother Jack; and his uncle Richard "Dick" Boldt. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Mader (Kathryn Dahlman) of Broomfield, CO, Ronald Mader of Las Vegas, NV and Robert Mader (Leslie) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, Megan Mader (Will Stover), Matthew Mader, Erin Mader (Adam Budzinski) and Bethany Mader (Wyatt Gibb); his great grandchildren, Henry and Elisabeth Stover; his brothers, Jim Mader (Connie) and Lyle Mader (Karen); and his sister-in-law Bev Mader. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
