She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Viola (Nugent) and Herman William Richter; her siblings, Joyce and Robert; and her husband Eugene.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Boer of Seattle, WA, Margene Boer of Clive, IA and Lauren Boer of Madison, SD; and her grandson Elias Arkham of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (304 Egan Ave N, Madison, SD 57042). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
