He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Mallett (Reed) of Aberdeen; his children, Brookelynn Elizabeth of Madison and Thomas Mallett (Peyton Pulford) of Madison; the mother of his children Teresa Mallett (Jay Hively) of Madison; his partner's children, Riley and Cole Kearin of Madison; his siblings, Cabrini Chamberlain (David) of Keller, TX, Suzanne Mallett of Watertown, WI and Sean Mallett (Erin) of Otsego, MN; his nieces and nephews, Cody Chamberlain (Taylor), Amanda Chamberlain (Aidan Smith), Michael Chamberlain, Ben Warren, Samantha Warren, Jordin Puppe (Jacob), Braydon Mallett (Chase), Josie Knoell, Cooper Mallett and Ryann Mallett; his great-nephew Lochlan Chamberlain; and his great-nieces, Oakleigh Puppe and Landyn Puppe.
