He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Borgard; his daughters, Shelley Terwilliger (Steve) and Randi Ayers; his grandchildren, Katie Zimmerman (Alex), John Terwilliger, Josie and Dylan Hamer; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Brady Zimmerman; his brother-in-law George Leiby; his niece Jackie Leiby; and his nephew Jonathan Leiby.
