He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R Lowe and Betty Lowe (Kohlwey); his brother Bob; his great-nephew Ernie; and his pets, Jake and Sam.
He is survived by: his sisters, Becky Lowe (Madison), Rhonda (Gary) and Habeger (Madison); his nieces, Erin Schneider (Mitch), Katie Busser (Jake) and Jeni Mortinsen (Dane); his nephew Wade Lowe; his cousins, John Lowe, Danny Lowe and Dennis Holter; and his close friends, Greg Pulford and Chuck McGillivray.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to local animal shelters, Shriner's Children's Hospital or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
