He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Tornow and Matilda Tornow (Huber); his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Irene Wrobetz (English); and his brothers-in-law, Orville Huber and Larry Wrobetz.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Meranda Van Ningen (Adam) of Raleigh, NC, Ted Tornow (Alissa) of Harrison, SD and Kent Tornow (Kiersten Webber) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Blake, Piper Van Ningen, Autumn, Alanna, Theo Tornow and Ainsley Webber; his siblings, Julianne Huber of Freeman, SD, Gerry Tornow (Marie) of Seattle, WA and Bob Tornow of Seattle, WA; and his brothers-in-law, Cliff Wrobetz (Gerri) of Townsend, MT and Donald Wrobetz of Eugene, OR. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and very dear friends.
