He is survived by: his wife Elaine Gilbertson of Marion, SD; his children, Cathy Roesler (Brian) of Marion, SD, Gary Gilbertson of Webster, SD, Troy Gilbertson (Abby) of Milbank, SD and Nancy Gilbertson of Watertown, SD.; his grandsons, Riley, Cody, Jonnathon Gilbertson of Watertown, SD and Titus Roesler of Cambridge, MA.; and his siblings, David Gilbertson of Omaha, NE, Oliver Gilbertson of Sioux Falls, SD and Marilyn Ewoldt of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by several cousins and four nephews.
