She was predeceased by : her parents, James Thayer and Maudie Thayer (Swick); her siblings, Fred, LaVern, Lester Thayer and Lila Nelson; her former life partners, Harold Nelson and Jerry Hale; and her close friend Clarence Lacy.
She is survived by : her husband Gailund Valentine; her daughters, Cinda Olberding (Earl), Brenda Nelson (Carl Novotny), Peggy Graham (Steve) and Loretta Fish (Matt Ford); her stepchildren, Kevin Valentine (Trish) and Tonya Valentine; her sister Karen Holeman; and her siblings-in-law, Leo Nelson and Phyllis Nelson. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 45 greatgrandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; along with other extended family members and friends.
