She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Hamilton Emley and Lillian Ruth Nielsen Emley; her husbands, Wendell DeKay and Robert Moreland; her stepmother Ethel Hinzman Emley (Arliss); her siblings, Leah (Joseph Malambri), John (Opal Emley), Charles (Virginia Emley), Marion (Gene Oliva), Marvin (Darleen DeKay), Mike (DeLores Kment) and Hester Emley; her stepson Steve Moreland; her nieces and nephews, Ann Emley Lindberg, Cathy Malambri, Joe Ray Emley and Jim Emley; her great-nieces, Jean Lindberg Eggert, Andrea Lindberg Williams, Thompson, Nielsen and Vesely; and also Terrel Vineyard.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Harrington, San Marcos, DeAnn, Merlyn Hilmoe, Pierre, Richard, Vicky Stoeser DeKay, Bryan (Katina DeKay), Katina Rodolph DeKay and Sara d'Quaix (Arliss); her stepchildren, Carol Moreland, Sybil Moreland, Nancy and Sean Vineyard; her grandchildren, Lynnette, Bryan Hoose (Jack), Gordon, Esperanza Meis, Samantha Perez, Matt Jacquez, Glen Rhodes Meis, Albert Steffen, Slater DeKay (Kolter), Samantha DeKay, Vince Steffen, Natalie DeKay, Nickolaus, Christy DeKay, TJ, Emily Bolton, Rosalie, Sebastian, Amanda, Jeff Hale (Justen), Taylor, Chasidy Christensen (Alyscia), Myles, Cheyenne Christensen (Wheatlon), Owen Christensen (Hunter), Madison Craig and Eme'Lee Craig; her stepgrandchildren, Will, Desiree Moreland (Fiora), Brock, Chelsea Moreland (Holden), Tori, Donny Scantling (Cedar), Stacey Moreland, Tiffany and Thomas Stokely (Olivia); and her great great grandchildren, Ariana, Camila Jacquez and Dylynn Tiler.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Tuthill Cemetery.
