She was predeceased by: her father Delbert Gale Van Dyke; her stepbrother Randy Peddycoart; and her grandparents, Morris, Margaret Haynes, Lloyd and Anna Van Dyke.

She is survived by: her mother Reta Mae Van Dyke; her spouse Marty Wounded Arrow; her children, Kayla Zimmerman and Devin Zimmerman; her sisters, Crystal Greenwald (Rich), April Macdonald (Lee) and Dawn Kil; her stepsiblings, Mark Peddycoart (Tina) and Tish McCafferty (David); her grandchildren, Brantley Cantrell, Thomas Cantrell, Maya Cantrell, Kaia Zimmerman, Eli Hanes, Isnala Najin White Bull, Julia Wounded Arrow and Kilah Wounded Arrow; and her aunts, Darlene Losik and Louise Hayes (Gary). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, & uncles.
