He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Knaus and Laura Knaus (Liebing); his wife Arlene Knaus; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his sons, Delaine (Jackie) of Brookings, SD, Stanley Knaus of Solomon, KS and Darwin Knaus. He is also survived by Twin Brooks, SD; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
