Anita Forman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2023, at the age of 82, Anita Forman of Milbank, South Dakota, born in Madison, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Bogue and Foresta Bogue (Wood); her husband Bill; and her brother Donald Bogue. She is survived by : her children, Scott Forman (Victoria) and Lisa Miller (Eric); and her grandchildren, Adam Forman, Brad Forman, Willy Forman, Lewis Sharp and Jules Sharp. She is also survived by two great-granddaughters; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
