She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Backman and Thelma Backman (Thompson); and her husband Raymond Larson. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Carol), Colleen, Teresa Stillson (Brian), Marc (Sandi) and Michele Harvey (Joe); her grandchildren, Heather Miller (Eric), Matthew Larson (Dena), Seth Larson (Sharla) and Zach Larson; her great grandchildren, Elliott, Max, Tayden, William, Brynna, Evalyn and Lenora; and her niece Lynette Ramirez. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the American Lutheran Church- Milbank (401 Flynn Dr, Milbank, SD 57252). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
