He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Dorsett and Mamie Dorsett (Narem); and his sisters, Inez Halby and Mildred Mallery. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Maier of Milbank, SD; his sons, Mark (Judy) of Milbank, SD and Gregg (Andrea) of Kansas City, KS; and his brother Dr. Maurice Dorsett of Aberdeen, SD.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
