He is survived by : his wife Deb (Deb); his sons, William Underwood (Heather), Brian Underwood (Jessica) and Mathew Underwood; his grandchildren, Corissa Schwartz, Grace Ahles, Weston Schwartz, Devon Underwood, Alyssa Underwood, Lincoln Underwood and Theodore Underwood; his siblings, Ardelle Dexter (Doug), Daniel Underwood, Gary Underwood (Jeanette), Larry Underwood (Annie), Steven Underwood, Kathy Underwood, Lisa Dimberg (Brian) and Anita Wendland (Mike); his brother-in-law Dennis Schmitz; his uncle Gene Frerichs (Judy); his aunt Betty West; and his in-law Saputo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
