He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Bohn and Berniece Bohn (Hartwig); and his brother Duane Bohn. He is survived by : his sibling Brooks; his nephew Harlan Bohn (Mary); his brother Donald Bohn (Patricia) of Mankato, MN; his nieces, Peggy Jacobs (Leonard) of Byhalia, MS and Leah Pinkert (Gene); and his sister-in-law Marjorie Bohn. He is also survived by six great-nephews; two great-nieces; along with many great-great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kissy Eye Hospital in care of Central United Methodist Church, Milbank, SD.
