He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin, Sr. Bilben and Elizabeth "Betty" Bilben (Warner); his siblings, Elvin Bilben, Jr., Mike Bilben and Kathryn "Sue" Arneson; and his nephews, Luke Arneson and Eric Arneson.
He is survived by: his sons, Shane Bilben (Megan) and Daniel Bilben (Heidi); his grandchildren, Morgan, Madison, Abygail, Mavrick and Savannah; and his siblings, Wayne Bilben, Billy Bilben, Terry Bilben and Lynn Siegel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
