He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlow Bohn and Carol Bohn; his sister Carolee; and his nephew Phillip. He is survived by: his great great grandchild Evangeline Joy; his wife Roxie; his children, Donny (Paula Berry), Tommie (Korey Miller), James Thomas, Roxanna Bohn and Ethan Bohn; and his siblings, Peggy Bohn, Phillip and Chris Bohn. He is also survived by his grandchildren, his great grandchildren, and his great great granddaughter.
